Plasma 6.6 Beta 1 is released!

Here are the new modules available in the Plasma 6.6 beta:

- plasma-login-manager
- plasma-keyboard
- plasma-setup

For developers, if your bugfix was merged after branching, or during branching process,
Please remember to cherry-pick it to Plasma/6.6 branch, master branch is now open for
Plasma 6.7 features!
