#11 appears to be a different issue from this.  That commit appears to be
related to a laptop waking up of its own volition when the laptop screen is
closed.  In this case, I do not want the laptop to suspend when I close the
lid; I want it to lock and blank the screen without suspending it (so I can
continue to access the laptop via ssh, vpn, etc).
