Request to cherry pick screenshot DBus API addition to KWin 6.6

Hello,
I would like to request for
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/8832 to be cherry
picked to the Plasma/6.6 branch. It contains an API addition (no
breaking changes) to the screenshot dbus interface that allows callers
to turn off "caller window hiding" in the screenshot.

We are currently experiencing a regression in Plasma Mobile's
screenshot quicksetting where plasmashell panels don't show up in
screenshots, because the calling process is plasmashell (which KWin
automatically hides, due to
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/8338). I would
like to fix this in Plasma 6.6, rather than wait another four months
for 6.7, because users currently cannot take proper screenshots.
