Releasing Plasma Bigscreen as part of Plasma 6.7

Hello everyone,

I would like for plasma-bigscreen
(https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-bigscreen/) to rejoin the Plasma
release schedule starting from the Plasma 6.7 release. It was dropped
from the Plasma release schedule for Plasma 6 because it was not
ported to Qt 6 in time. It has now been ported to KF6/Qt6 with some
improvements (some details in
https://espi.dev/posts/2025/07/plasma-bigscreen/). With
plasma-keyboard now being a thing, we should be ready for a release
soon.

While the project could use more features and improvements (more
settings, launchers, TV focused apps), I think having it join the
release process soon would make it easier to iterate and receive
feedback from the community, without requiring users to compile it
themselves. There have been lots of people asking in the matrix
channel (#plasma-bigscreen:kde.org) about details on how to install
and try it out.
