Plasma versions in bugs.kde.org

OK I've set all the Plasma products to have only those version numbers plus
git-master and git-stable-Plasma/5.22.

This is bugzilla which is old and has no API so it's a bit messy to do so I
may have missed bits and it'll need faffy scripts running after a new major
release.
