* Yet more preparing for the plasma-systemd branch. Moving some bits
slowly to master
* We found and fixed an existing race condition with ksplash
* that's all going well
* there's some libksysguard stuff on review for exposting process
stuff in a more declarative way
* as part of a larger new ksysguard work
* I said I wanted to poke about the high prioirty bugs in plasma every

Bhushan:
- Figuring out nasty suspend bug with PlaMo pinephone image
- Testing out the rotation patchset for mobile
- have two patches WIP, 1) consider DSI panels as internal panels and
b) enable autorotation without tablet mode by default
- will submit to phab
- last patch needs more discussion

Jonathan:
* did new release

* I did a bunch of CI related things last week, now the Kirigami tests
properly succeed again
* I also worked on an autotest for ActionToolBar, which is in review:

* Finished the nextcloud provider that was started during gsoc
* Unbroke the purpose nextcloud support
* Unbroke the kaccounts dolphin integration
* Fixed the kaccounts sink integration
* Cleaned up kpeoplesink a bit
