D23389: Use "Make default" buttons to switch the default device

  I'm not using an icons-only button here. It wouldn't be clear; we need text. I understand with with certain languages, the text could be long. But without text there's no point to this feature, because it no longer solves the problem.
  
  If the UI becomes too crammed as a result, we could consider resizing the pop-up.
