* i figured out the background for those semi-regular "my deleted favorites 
are coming back" user bug reports
* if you switch/add menu plasmoids that use the kastats-backed favorites 
store, the way their code to set default favorites and migrate them to kastats 
works end up adding default favs back
* i need to think about a solution, but it's not easy

 -- Adjusted various apps to set a DesktopEntry in notifyrc so the future KCM 
can identify them as apps
Work todo:
- Notification KCM
- Make KWin somehow allow to put critical notifications on top of fullscreen 
windows

Fixed support for theming:
* Panels now have mask set on window for BlurBehind & ColorContract coming 
from FrameSvgItem
* desktoptheme SVG files now uncompressed in plasma-frameworks repo, installed 
as svgz
* analog-clock: add option to hint rotation-offsets for each hand element, 
option to define shadow offset
* Air/Oxygen: fixed analog clock regressions using those new options
* Oxygen: fixed jagged outline of analog clock hands
* SvgItem, IconItem: drop "smooth" property override, update node on change
* Also applied some porting to scratch/ivan/plasma-theme-* repos he provided 
to me for his old but original themes
* Episode of fixing now closed almost, no WIP yet upcoming
* Planning to do: fix store.kde.org with old incompatible themes messing into 
finding all the new, working and maintained themes (see https://
phabricator.kde.org/T8126#181349 for a plan & execution proposal)

* fixed analog clock regressions _by_ now using those new options
* the jagged outline of rotated textures and no default qt support surprised 
me, still curious if I just missed something (given opengl is not something I

Kirigami:
* fix a glitch during loading that made systemsettings modules appear to jump 
up
* kirigami documentation meeting! we are getting a sphinx website for high 
level developer docs and a mailinglist

Plasma:
* solved a qml bug triggered by palsma qqc2 style which causes some things to 
get stuck in loading: was a recursive type declaration in plasma qqc2 theme
* Experimenting with a componentized version of the whole plasmoid layouting 
code in the desktop, made towards  an eye with touchscreen optimizations and 
to make easier to build alternate containments
