D17187: Set the default cursor theme to breeze_cursors

  There is no sync in any direction of icon themes, cursor themes and application themes, which makes it all a bit cumbersome.

  Yes, that can be unexpected - even by not changing the cursor theme explicitly, it can make a difference. In that way this patch makes it more predictable.
