Default SDDM and KScreenLocker backgrounds

The current Breeze wallpaper actually looks fantastic. See

Without changes to the SDDM and KScreenLocker themes, we'd need to 
ensure that subsequent wallpapers also look this good, but that seems 
doable.

I'd strongly approve, and that would solve a multitude of bugs and user 
complaints about the default theme being unreadable on light backgrounds:

We'd want to make it look good, of course, so people don't complain 
about *that!*
