  Now  :
  
  - `KGuiItem` has nothing like refresh/update...
  - `KStandardAction` <https://api.kde.org/frameworks/kconfigwidgets/html/namespaceKStandardAction.html> has "redisplay".
  
  So should I try the latter ? (I ask because it's my first patch ever on KDE so I don't know anything about the API and its customs :-)
