D9040: Revert "[Lock Screen / Login] Add "reveal password button""

  We have several customer systems that have arcane password requirements and have so spill proof keyboards. Those keyboards are terrible and folks usually end up pounding the keyboard again. This feature saves a lot of aggravation with 1 character errors usually. Maybe default to off but allow configuration to enable this feature.
