Plasma 5.8.7 update for plasma-desktop

I've updated the plasma-desktop tar to 5.8.7.1 in the LTS release

This is to fix a QML use which is not compatible with Qt 5.6.  If you
use Qt 5.7 or newer there is no need to update.
