Experience from GRUB to LOGOUT Request

Hi team,

I wanted to request if we can include the creation of some simple
animations to the bootup process. Here are the 4 that I am looking to get
implemented:

Collapse/unfold Action Buttons,

Fade to Desktop (Already implemented apparently),

Slide in/out Action Buttons (Shutdown, reboot, log out, suspend)

If this is not very specific, please let me know. I am available to help
with this request from a visual design aspect.
