Can the svg versions for icons can be used for sizes < 64px?

Hello everyone,

I am using in my plasmoid PlasmaCore.IconItems which behave in a very 
specific way for icons sizes below 64px, by using (best match 
mechanism). Unfortunately in my plasmoid (Now Dock) this does not work 
very well in some cases because a icon for 38px. or 56px. is needed for 
example.

So, is there a way to retrieve an svg version ( with the right size and 
visual-not blurred- ) for such sizes?
