GSoC 2016 Proposal - KDE Now

Hey !

I have written my GSoC Proposal. It's for KDE Now, an idea that Vishesh
Handa originally came up with. KDE Now is a Google Now substitute for
Plasma. Simple Cards would be shown on the plasmoid.

I would be glad to have your opinions and reviews.
