REVISION SUMMARY
  Use LauncherUrlWithoutIcon data role where the icon is not needed, and
  get LauncherUrl procedurally where it is.
  
  This is a version of https://phabricator.kde.org/D1921 that avoids breaking the writing of the
  fallback icon to config.
