See the screenshot: The text "Open with file manager" is hard to read because
there is not enough contrast between text and background. I looked into the
pop-ups of the other tray items, but this seems to be the only place where text
of this color appears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug in a device
2. Open device notifier pop-up

Actual Results:  
Text describing the device action is hard to read

Expected Results:  
Text describing the device action is easy to read
