REVISION SUMMARY
  The fallback for toolTipMainText is showing the applet title.
  When the applet title changes, it may result in a change of toolTipMainText.

TEST PLAN
  Tooltip of FolderView in a panel now immediately reflects new location when I change its path in settings rather than after plasmashell restart.
