- Some more UI work on Netrunner's Simple Menu (scratch/hein/simplemenu)
- Retired Task Manager's old C++ text label
- Returned from vacation, sifting through inbox for reviews, bugs, then 
working through them

kbroulik:
* Many fixes to Plasma startup experience, such as glitching panels on start 
fixed, few cleanups and performance improvements in bindings
* Panel controller (eg. moving around widgets is a bit offset, have a fix 
locally)
* Desktop containment (have it fixed locally, works fine with handle left, 
just can't wrap my head around a proper Mathematical formula so resizing 
widgets works as it will change the X and width (rather than just the width)

* Modifier only shortcut ignored when screen is locked
* Touch screen support for Effects, D2450
* Touch point visualization effect, D2464
* Fixed the virtual keyboard always writes uppercase letter problem. Turned 
out to be a bug/feature of KKeyServer
* Don't trigger modifier only shortcuts with capslock, D2467
* Reworked the xinput initialization code and moved it into platform plugin,

* Investigated and fixed problem of broken decorations after running games,

* discovered that on Ubuntu systems installing appmenu-qt5 breaks plasma-

* found out that there is a enter/leave event for a Surface on Output which 
kwayland and KWin does not have support for - neither QtWayland

notmart:
* kirigami: merge contributions, arriving quite a bit of people (mostly on 
telegram, unfortunately)
* bug fix in plasma-framework, in case of views deletion and recreation (fix 
crashes during switch or screen detach and reattach)
* meged branches for separate look and feel switch

* with ivan, dump and restore is now done in json (from javascript, so you can 
still fiddle with the layout in an imperative way after has been created)
** will try to make config save/restore of systray less "special"
* new behavior, uses again a single config file and the kcm doesn't switch 
layout by default (depends from a checkbox in the kcm not selected by default)
* slightly less invasive, not needed migration of config file anymore, but no 
possibility to undo (we may try multipole config files again for 5.9)
* new logout dialog design (should have better keyboard navigation after Kai's
