Plasma uses regular icons with dark desktop theme

I think this won't work because plasmashell process is also showing
"normal" dialogs as desktop config, widget config etc and there it would
use incorrect icon theme.

Also I can't find a way to set icon theme to KIconLoader, it always use
system icon theme.
