Hello,

IMG9 for mobile is up at devel-proposed channel

http://kubuntu.plasma-mobile.org/

Previously newer image was not at all uploaded on server resulting in
old image being published. I fixed that..

Errata:
- Somehow plasmashell doesn't start at first boot.. I haven't managed
to capture a log for this but if you can reproduce please fetch
/tmp/plasmashell_logs
