Cmake configuration for the kactivitystats library

Since it seams nobody will weigh in, I +1 one of the following two options:

 - provide the FindBlahBlah cmake in PMC (temporary) - this will allow
you to continue working (if you have the headers installed)
 - provide the same option kactivities have regarding the installation
of kamdstats headers and cmake.
