This fixes -DKSYSGUARDDRCFILE definition so that there are no extra quotes.
It also fixes issue with using non-default install prefix (eg. when CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is not /usr and thus SYSCONF_INSTALL_DIR is relative and not /etc)
