Changing brightness via keys (Fn+F5/Fn+F6) works, but I need to press the key
twice in order to decrease the brightness. Increasing brightness works as
expected.

HW: Thinkpad T540p
PowerManagement -> PowerDevil -> Maximum Screen Brightness says 4794.
