libplasma and Qt 5.2

Hi,
since a while libplasma fails CI with Qt 5.2, and since is a framework that 
should be fixed

seems is due to a recent change in framesvgitem:
framework/src/declarativeimports/core/framesvgitem.cpp:128:118: error: no 
matching function for call to ImageTexturesCache::loadTexture(QQuickWindow*, 
QImage, QQuickWindow::CreateTextureOptions&)’
