Plasma 5.2, breeze, which tab is active?

Inactive is always blue here, but i seem to be having some other weirdness
as well (like no cursor themes).
Testing the same thing under a virtualbox environment does show the tabs as
you described.

I'll report back as soon as i fixed my environment :)
