Icons for Paste Bin and Paste

since the pastebin thing is in kdeplasma-addons, will be released after the 
first release, so there is time.
however, I think the solution is to provide an icon specific for it in the new 
icon theme.
(btw, how long will take to be published? I would like to have the theme in 
the breeze repo soonish, so it can be set as default and tested if everything 
is going ok)
