Multi-screen on Plasma Shell

I wanted to test it out a bit as I have a multi-screen setup too, but
plasma-shell crashes on startup for me - backtrace ->

Also as I mentioned earlier, please run astyle on it before merging to have
a consistent coding style in the files. Please don't ignore that.
