Minutes Plasma Hangout week 30, 21st July 2014

Present: Antonis, Aleix, David, Jonathan, Marco, Martin Gräßlin, Vishesh,

Antonis:
- worked on porting the Plasma Active panel, done
- worked on porting the Plasma Active widgets explorer, minor issues remain

Aleix
- worked with David on moving FrameSvgItem onto the scenegraph

David
- work on kdeaccounts planned

Jonathan
- released Plasma 5.0

Marco
- Corona autotests finished, already found new issues
- Applet alternative switcher work, needs some more TLC after designerdude's 
review
- work on fallback across packages which might be incomplete (esp. Look & 
Feel)

Martin G:
- Worked on new decoration API
- Much stuff already working, but transition inside kwin code is a bit messy
- after that, will switch to Wayland

Vishesh:
- will make kfilemetadata framework-(worthy|ready)
- baloo work planned

Sebastian
- 5.0 release was exceptionally well received
- Wayland meeting today, will produce todo items
- work on new systemsettings view
