Release schedule for Plasma Next

Personally I'd like to split this into:

Feature Freeze1
Beta 1
Feature Freeze 2
Beta 2

with the first and second ones having different targets. i.e
completely ignoring the screenlocker and just not have one for the
first beta but instead spend that time making sure panel dragging
works perfectly. Then I won't have to touch that during the two betas.

Right now we're spread quite thinly making things work and then going
back with the intention of going back and polishing them. This doesn't
work. It takes so long to get into a piece of code, and I've spent
ages debugging and fixing code where things have just been left when
they were ported. It's better to focus a bit more and do everything in
one go.
