[plasma-devel] Repos without Plasma/5.0 branches

Seems a week reason to base our engineering practices on what a why who made 
it and disappeared wanted. If it's going to be released in sync with Plasma 
releases all the time, i'd advocate for it following exactly the same 
practices Plasma does. 

If it's going to be released independently i'd suggest moving out of the 
workspace/ subfolder

If noone knows what it does or if it works, shouldn't we move it to 
playground_workspace/unmaintained or similar instead of it being in the 
workspace/ subfolder?
