It's surely solvable, but is this really a problem? I don't think so, since 
usually, the user shuts down the system which means, she saw the notification 
already. To be honest, I don't think any notification is critical, most are 
fire-and-forget and are invalid and useless after a reboot anyway. For 
suspend, it's a complete non-issue.
