4.11 is out .. kde-workspace to qt5?

And then you send the email, and within one minute it pops up in your mind: We 
also need to warn kde-core-devel. :)

I think this should not only affect kde-workspace, but also kde-runtime and 
kdeplasma-addons. Objections to applying the same procedure here? (They both 
should be rather easier to merge, I don't expect any merge conflicts there.
