plasma 2 coordination meeting

thanks everyone for filling out the doodle.. the time when the largest number 
of us (9) can meet happens to be Thursday 9am UTC, so that’s when we’ll do it.

i’d like to keep the agenda simple as the topics will keep us busy enough as 
is, i think.

* enumerating the functional blocks in Plasma Workspaces at a course level 
(e.g. “power management”, “desktop shell”, “window manager”..) matching up 
with maintainers
* summary of functional and design goals from last Tokamak (emphasis on 
“summary”)
* rough outline of time based goals (technical preview, etc)
* tabling a project management framework that ties the above three things 
together
* possibilities for Tokamak.next()

it’s only 5 points, but that’s probably 2 hours right there. tea, coffee and 
snacks at hand recommended ;)
