Works!
Made my panel svg pink, restarted plasma, no change, only if I eg. 
moved/resized a panel. Changed version number in the metadata, restarted 
Plasma again, Panel pink.
Will increase Air version number in kde-runtime to 2.0 then (2.0 being the 
relaunched version for 4.10, I'd say)
