Thanks for addressing some of my concerns made earlier, and I've been
looking through the latest code.

I noticed the API of providelib is still completely undocumented. As a
library (even internal) other people will be writing against this, and
need to know how to use it. Especially when the return type of
executeAction is so complicated.

Also I personally don't think this is release ready until error
reporting is included, or at least has a solid plan of action.
