aside from picking the wrong resolution, it isn’t resizing it. you may want to 
include the appropriate resize option for the wallpaper for that, though by 
default it is supposed to do maxpect iirc?

as for why it isn’t picking the correct size of wallpaper, i can only 
speculate. does setting that same wallpaper in the config dialog work?
