SystemTray: pop-up window position

Hello!

I've tried old behavior:

As you can see, pop-up window is aligned to right relatively arrow/panel part.

IMHO alignment to center is better because user clicks on an arrow and in case of vertical panel the distance between the most distant item (task) is less, so, in average the user will move cursor less.

previous behavior (and automatic if popupapplet was used) is aligned on the 
left, but not of the arrow, but the completeapplet
