I haven't merged this method, because I made a lot of changes in the class in order to
fix the asynchronous job situation. Please see the new diff.

Of course now the point is if I should merge publisher/remoteinstaller/remoteinstaller with publisher/remoteinstaller/remoteinstallerdialog.
Should I?
