PlasmaCore Dialog maximum width

uhm, this even more that just kwin knows the proper geometry, should maybe be 
an element binded by kwin itself rather than dialog? (i guess in that case the 
window should be transparent with just its scene painting rather than the view 
itself paintng the background..
