request: create panel and plasma colors configuration tool

Please, create panel and plasma colors, fonts and other plasma elements
configuration tool. Especially I'd like to be able easily change font
size, font color, active and inactive application tab color on panel,
date color, kickoff fonts and color, transparency, gradient.
As a new KDE user I find it a nightmare. Please, don't take it as
another complaint. I appreciate all your hard work. I just describe my
experience. I tried to customize for two days my KDE desktop and I am
very confused. I have an impression that some panel colors can be
changed from settings, I mean has something to do with global
application colors and some cannot be changed. Maybe I am wrong.
I just wish it could be more intuitive and simple.

There are some plasma themes on KDE-look but honestly, there is not a
big choice and it is hard for me to pick one that suits my specific
custom color set for applications. 
For users that are not developers it is hard to edit all these
configuration files manually. So, the choice is narrow - either you like
what you get or you can't customize. 
Perhaps it won't be a priority for you but at least please accept the
idea and start talking about it.
