Breadcrumbs in Kickoff

Jup, i'm mixing up versions again :)
It's difficult for me to keep track of which thing changed where when i'm
experimenting with the code, using git for some other parts and
the distribution version for the remaining part.

I know that there is going to be a QML version of kickoff that you're
making and that rocks!

As Aaron said, there is no "right answer" here and i honestly don't know
what's the best way to go. The current situation isn't ideal, the future
situation isn't ideal and it never was ideal, so i guess we should just
"live with it" for the time being.
