qtcomponents documentation, next steps

Hi all,

so, 3 weeks have passed since the first effort of documenting the components.

i think now most of the actual documentation in the comments is in a good 
shape, so what are the next steps?

publishing on api.kde.org.

what is the state of the extractor python script?

a last effort to complete it should be done, then start to see how can be 
published on the kde infrastructure
