dictionary widget QML

is the dict widget supposed to have a kcm?

i could have sworn it had one, and on my 4.8 system it has one but the
populated list view is...unpopulated.

so should the qml one have a populated listview that enables you to
select which dicts you can have?

(p.s. i'm getting ready to merge it in, it's nearly done, after i had
added to marco's code and replaced WebView with a Text element, since
the former doesn't allow non-white backgrounds, so it'd look
non-plasma and look more like a QGraphicsWidgetProxy than anything).

any suggestions, too, while i'm fondling this thing?
