Well, I am using Debian defaults and compiling, packing, mirroring is
beyond the current project abilities.

As said in my first mail, /etc/environment sets:
'KDEDIRS=/usr/local/share/whonix/kde/'. It does work in general, but it
doesn't work for that file. I wonder why.
