merging plasma-declarative and active-development?

Hi all,

now plasma/declarative is in master, making easy for everyone to work with the 
most recent version of all plasma imports, along with core, qtextracompoents 
and drag and drop.

this is only the first step towards another thing:

move all the declarativeimpoerts folder, alongside libkdeclarative in kdelibs 
to a new git repo, something like kde-qml-support or some fancy name like that 
;)
