merging plasma-declarative and active-development?

hopefully master; the active-development branches need to put away.

i ask the same question: what is in it :)

i did this for kdelibs and i think we can soon get rid of the active-
development branch in kdelibs. but that started by identifying what is in the 
branch. the last thing we want is to merge branches and find out there are 
things in there we don't want or aren't appropriate for merge into master.
