Need some general feedback

Yeah. I guess I was kind of hoping that Plasma had managed to attract new 
developers, especially with all this JavaScript and QML stuff.

Well, good advice, but unfortunaly I don't know any Plasma developers other 
than the usual suspects and those are all very busy.

My intention therefore was to poke the general Plasma community to see if 
anyone could be looking for an opportunity to work on something that would 
very likely become a standard component on some (or maybe even most) Plasma 
workspaces.

I am somewhat tempted to create a quick and dirty widget on my own and see if 
somebody is offended by its uglyness enough to fix it ;)
