knowledgebase is not getting any data from the dataengine

i found the issue.Both of us were using the same settings in our
distro but our friend didn't.
So due to a bug in our distro,the ocs dataengine wasn't installed.

I reported the bug in the downstream.

P.S.:libattica was the "keyword",in order to find the issue:)
